Bluebells along the Rockhouse trail above Athens. You can access the Rockhouse trail from the trailhead behind the "dance barn" at the end of the road across the street from the Walmart parking lot. Proceed north about a half mile then turn right at the bridge and you are on the Rockhouse Trail. This location is about a mile back, about a quarter mile past the overlook above the Hampton Inn but only adorned with bluebells for a week or two in the early spring.
